2.What should you do if you encounter Wi-Fi connection issues?
If you run into Wi-Fi connectivity problems with your floodlight camera, follow these troubleshooting steps:
①Verify Wi-Fi Credentials & Network Stability
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct Wi-Fi password (pay attention to uppercase/lowercase letters and special characters). Also, ensure your home network has a stable internet speed—fluctuating bandwidth can disrupt the connection.
②Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength
Ensure the camera’s installation location has a strong, consistent Wi-Fi signal. A weak or intermittent signal can cause the camera to malfunction. For better connectivity, try moving your wireless router closer to the camera, or install a Wi-Fi range extender to boost signal coverage.
③Reset and Reconnect
If issues persist, reset the camera to factory default settings, restart your router, and then attempt to pair the device again.
